2016 House of Cards Binging Guide

UKReleaseDate.Co.Uk

It's finally here! Tomorrow is the premiere of Netflix's House of Cards fourth season.

Without giving too much away, we are excited to see what will come of Frank and Claire Underwood after a suspenseful season three.

With the help of Canadian-now-New-Yorker stylist, Kemal Harris, the wardrobe stylist helped curate the looks of season three and now four (who is also Robin Wright's stylist outside of the show) for Claire Underwood. It is safe to say Claire Underwood is one of the best-dressed characters on television.

WHAT TO WEAR
Although we would like to be dressed in a suit like Frank, or a sheath dress like Claire while watching the new season tomorrow, let's be practical. Why not opt for some loungewear similar to what they wear on the show?

British label Derek Rose has helped dress Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) for his loungewear and pajamas. The understated, yet luxurious label fits Frank Underwood to a tee.

Unfortunately, the exact set is no longer in production, however, we recommend Derek Rose's other pyjama sets you can buy here starting at $115.

As for womenswear, La Perla has been the go-to label for Claire Underwood's pyjamas over the past few seasons. The set is now available in ivory and black. You can purchase a set from La Perla here for $398. Robin Wright has her own line of pyjamas, Pour Les Femmes a socially conscious label which gives back to women around the world. We feel we may see Claire Underwood wearing a pair or two in season four!

We also want to mention a very helpful guide from LookLive which tracks down each House of Cards episode and what each character wore. Our Editor-in-Chief spoke with the owner Christopher Archer a while back for a clothing inquiry of the show, and can say he is very sweet and we wish him all the best in his booming success!

WHAT TO EAT
Ribs, and some peach pie to cleanse the palette, of course.

WHAT TO DRINK
Feeling like Frank? Bourbon.
Feeling more like Claire? A dry cabernet sauvignon.

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU'VE BINGED THE ENTIRE SEASON
Channel your inner anti-hero, and try some rowing.

Get the Look: Sophie's Coat on Remembrance Day

Image: THE CANADIAN PRESS/Adrian Wyld

Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau with her husband, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau paid their respects today in Ottawa for Remembrance Day at the National War Memorial downtown.

Styled by Jessica Mulroney (yes, same Mulroney family - she's married to etalk's Ben Mulroney) and the help from Hudson's Bay The Room, Sophie wore a tailored gray coat and weather appropriate Chloche hat for the off-and-on rain we were expecting in Ottawa.

Highlights: The muted gray-on-gray look from Sophie's hat, to her turtleneck, to her coat. Simplicity and monochromatic at it's best. The soft black and grey accents from the Chloche hat are tied in with the buttons on the coat, which match her leather gloves and boots.

Significance: The monochromatic grayscale also allows her poppy to stand out and make an impact on the important day. This is a more serious ceremony, so by choosing to wear something more conservative and muted is in very good taste rather than something loud and attention grabbing.

Overall: Very polished, and very respectable.

This coat is by the same label Sentaler, Sophie wore for the Swearing-In ceremony as it was too styled by Jessica.
